Thrive Homes is an award-winning housing association with a strong track record and ambitious plans for the future. We have been applauded for our innovative approach to today's tough challenges, pioneering initiatives which have blazed a trail for the housing sector nationally.Thrive exists to provide good quality affordable homes and services enabling the development of communities where people enjoy living.We own and manage more than 4,600 rented and leasehold properties across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. Our strategic plan follows four themes - to be resilient with a strong financial base, responsive to customer needs, a provider of good quality homes and a good place to work.We were acclaimed as a 'leading light' at the Housing Innovation Awards 2014, we were recognised as Most Innovative Small Housing Provider and Most Innovative Use of Community Engagement.Thrive was named best in the public sector and seventh overall in the 'Top 50 Companies for Customer Service' 2014. We were the highest placed housing association and ranked ahead of all other public service providers, as well as out-performing a number of major private companies.Our strong financial foundations are reflected in our G1/V1rating for governance and financial viability from our regulator, the Homes and Communities Agency. This secure financial base has enabled us to issue a £125 million bond to help fund our ambitious plans for growth.We plan to expand our stock of affordable homes through acquisition and new development, including a number of schemes which are already under way or in the pipeline, as we look to a thriving future, we are keen to build partnerships with other like-minded and ambitious organisations to realise our vision.In all we do, we remain committed to the values which inform the way we work - we are open, respectful, excellent and reliable.
