I blend energy medicine and health coaching in my practice to help empower you to be nourished and fulfilled on all levels.I was certified in Vibrational and Gemstone Energy Medicine at the Earth Walk Institute of Healing Arts, and later on became a lead instructor at the school. I went onto further my education in Aromatherapy, Sound Therapy, Flower Essence Therapy, Emotional Healing, Amazon Herb Nutrition, as well as several other modalities.I continued my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, studying over one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
