Thumbs Up is a positive psychology based project where we like to explore the subject of happiness in very particular ways. We don't like "Positivity". Our training programs are not "happiness friendly"...but we are happiness advocates. We talk about happiness related subjects in a more "wholesome" way so that you can understand that not everything that is "positive" will necessarily lead to happiness. Not everything that generates happiness is necessarily desirable. That "negativity" can be pretty awesome. We want you to make the most of your psychological resources… Pleasant or not. We talk about happiness without BULLSHIT!
