Thunderclap Productions is a Houston-based theatrical production company dedicated to producing new and underrepresented works of theatre, most notably by new and emerging playwrights. The company was originally founded in September 2010 and reorganized as a nonprofit in 2011. The board of directors will be formalized in March 2011, but currently includes composer/playwright Aaron Alon, playwright Eric James, and actress/singer Tamara Siler.
