ThunderKid Manga, a small business that began in 2007, specializes in the production and sale of comics and related merchandise created for smaller audiences.The main product, title series, and currently the only series available is where it gets its name, ThunderKid. The title tells the tales of five children and the adventures they experience in a fairy tale like world above the clouds called Atmos. In this world there lives a race of people called Celians who possess the power of weather such as clouds, thunder, lightning, snow, wind, and rain. It boasts a very cute, creative, and inventive story that is unlike most manga-styled comics available. Kids aged six to twelve years of age and young teens thirteen through fifteen will be thrilled and enthralled at the cute characters, the compelling stories, and the world of weather presented in the series. As an all-ages series, ThunderKid is inclusive of older audiences as well.As a business, we see the need for comics in the life of a youngster though. Not only will this encourage a child to read something that they will enjoy, but it also introduces them to the medium of comics or manga styled comics with a title that is free of the mature subject material that is present in the majority of today's retail comics and manga titles that targets older audiences.
