About Us.Tibet Travel Guide (TTG) is a newly established, 100% locally owned and locally run Tibetan Tour Company based in Lhasa. With over eight years' experience in the tourism industry, our management understands the importance of providing visitors with authentic experiences that can simultaneously benefit local people and economies. In helping visitors to establish genuine connections with local people and places, we aim to provide highly personal, unforgettable trips. OUR MOTTO: ‘SERVE LOCAL' In accordance with our motto, ‘serve local', we preferentially employee people who do not, for reasons of education or opportunity, have stable, government jobs (the main source of employment in China). We hire local guides, local drivers, and local experts to ensure that the profits of international and domestic tourism end up in the hands of those who have tended to and shaped this land for thousands of years.
