In 2013 we started the project "Tierra de Hispania" (Soil of Spain), which is a project based on the idea to produce high quality wines in different wine areas of Spain. The idea has always been not to have a fixed location for our production, but to prove that we can make great wine anywhere. The success of this project is due to using innovative winemaking techniques, many of them developed by us. We do not have our own vineyards. This allows us great freedom in seeking out the best grapes of the season in our current area.
