TIG Technologies, Inc. has perfected and developed a proprietary specialized process for cold extrusion, also called branched outlets on many different metals including stainless steel and super duplex pipe up to 36" Diam Sch 40 in size-on-size or reduced branch outlets. Seamless extruded outlets eliminate the most critical juncture in any piping system where the attachment weld may not be ideal due to the possibility for corrosion. Extrusion outlets eliminate distortion and internal crevices that are present in "weld-on" fittings.
