Tiger Tree was launched in the latter half of 2008 in response to a noticeable gap in the market for pieces with a point of difference. With 25 years experience in the jewellery trade, from retail to wholesale in New York to running a jewellery production company out of India and doing product development and importing for major fashion brands, it was time to put the diversity of this knowledge on target to bring together a jewellery collection with a quirky twist: Something that doesn't look the same as all of the rest; unique pieces with a bohemian sensibility, borrowing inspiration from nature and adding a touch of whimsy and charm. Tiger Tree is fashion with a difference.Some of the pieces in the collection are our designs; others are sourced from many different suppliers in several different countries after searching high and low for the right look. Here at Tiger Tree we believe in contributing more than simply the concept of ‘Trade Equals Aid' and we try to give back as much as we take out of the countries that we deal with and to this end we contribute to various projects and charities in the countries with which we trade, such as trying to put an end to child sex trafficking in Nepal and saving the Moon Bears in China.
