The name Tiggo comes from David's 2 children Chance and Chandyn. Chance, the older of the two was an extremely bouncey and energetic child, so the nickname Tigger was a sure fit. When Chandyn was born and began talking she would call her brother Tiggo, and so the company name was founded. Starting in 1999 as a owner operator, it shortly turned into one of the top oilfield transport companies in the Peace Region operating 30 trucks. The company sold to Entrec Corporation in 2012.
