A number of transactions are in place for the acquisition of a number of turnkey wind projects with full permits in place with construction of over 200MW starting from Q4 2011 • Our objective is to fund several E.U. and Spain based investment vehicles for the purchase and development of a specific group of wind farms in Spain and the European Union. • Post Fukushima, nuclear energy will not enjoy support as foreseen priorly. Our partners are leading developers and technicians worldwide with over 7 years of experience. • A top level technical team, legal advisors and due diligence specialists is already on board, over 60 wind farms built • Established relationships with proven sources and equipment suppliers • Opportunity of achieving in Spain/Europe over 500 MW in operation within three years; over 2000 MW in pipeline, including 300 MW in house • IRR's are visible from initiation of project to exit
