I provide a highly experienced and totally independent consultancy service on the planning, selection and implementation of eLearning for staff training and assessment. My continuous experience of eLearning development spans the past 24 years, with clients including National Grid, Nestle, Phones 4u, Amey, London Underground, BSkyB and many others. The services I offer are adapted to suit each client and include, for example:- Corporate eLearning 'Health Checks' - reviewing a company's existing eLearning courses, assessments and technologies, assessing their effectiveness and recommending a plan of action- Analysis and design of appropriate new eLearning solutions to meet training and assessment needs- Preparation of eLearning project specifications, project plans and 'Request for Proposal' documents- Assistance with shortlisting of eLearning suppliers, bid assessment, benchmarking and supplier selection- On-site staff presentations and workshops (e.g. For Subject Matter Experts and internal designers/developers, briefings on eLearning techniques & technologies, Board level briefings, etc.)
