We are an online and mobile platform for delivering on-demand and efficient home services, founded in early 2014 by IIT Bombay Alumni.Our vision is to improve the quality of of home services with technology and human value. Our business idea supports this vision by offering reliable and affordable services for your home including functional and well-designed range of cleaning services fulfilled by trained and skilled independent workers (called 'taskers') which go above and beyond on every job.Cleaning is not exactly a commoditized service; in such a complex transaction, several factors are key but the main aspect lies with the people performing the task, because the bulk of them are still inexperienced, unqualified, and unequipped to handle the task at hand. Even with so many technological advances at our hands in the 21st Century, there has been no impact on the home service industry and Home Cleaning is still predominantly an undeveloped, unorganized market in India plagued by poor service standards and hassles of bai's/independent workers (even forced child labor) which is highly unsafe, unsanitary and unregulated.While other service providers are still struggling to find the solution to maintaining quality service, we have created a system to deliver guaranteed customer satisfaction. Our intensive tasker training system, combined with effectively enforced standards and mobile customer support system ensures professional service quality.
