TimeOut Services offers stress management workshops, personal coaching, seminars and on-line content. Our stress management tools are offered through www.meditationcoach.com and can also be found on ITunes. We also offer corporate team building and on-site stress management seminars. Founder, Patty Purpur has worked with Cisco, Google, Yahoo!, Safeway and other corporations to create innovative wellness programs and services. She is now the Director of the Stanford Health Promotion Network: www.stanfordhpn.org Vice President, Greg de Vries brings many years of meditation and entrepreneurial experience to our team. In addition to his seminars and classes, he also offers a free weekly meditation class in Los Gatos each Wednesday evening from 6-7pm www.sanjosemeditation.com.
