Dr Stefan Tingsvall is the co-owner of Tingsvall-McCarthy, a very well recognized dental clinic in Sarría, Barcelona.Born and raised in the southern surburbs of Stockholm from the mid -50'sHis dental education is from Karolinska Institute and his studied there from January 1977 until February 1982.He worked in local government/community dental service from February 1982 until May 1989 in Krokek and Åby. Two different communities outside Norrköping (Sweden), during this time he lived in Norrköping.1989 he decided to leave Sweden with his family, and moved to the spanish "wild west" Badajoz in Extremadura. To wild for us was the conclusion when they moved on to Barcelona. However Badajoz was the place where doctor Stefan learned to pull teeth (since there was not much of that going on in Sweden at that particular time) got a better dental spanish language knowledge, and got some more experiences in the special dental situation of spain of the 80´s and 90´s . From there he moved to Barcelona, Spain where he worked with international doctors.He decided to open his own dental practice in Sarriá, Barcelona. Where he is treating people from all over the world with English as the more useful language. It is a full-service clinic.He also works two days a week in Tarragona.
