Tipping Cow LLC is the official name of Tipping Cow Ice Cream. Tipping Cow was founded in 2013, and taken over by Gerly Adrien & David Lindsey in 2018. Tipping Cow is the only 100% peanut, tree-nut, and sesame-free ice cream purveyor in all of New England. Tipping Cow makes homemade, small-batch gourmet ice cream, and strive to provide our customers with new, unusual, and iconic flavors, hoping to reinvent the way that people think about ice cream. Avoiding all GMO ingredients, and preservatives, and keeping products as pure as possible, allowing their flavors to shine, bright, bold, and undiluted. Ice cream is a fun vehicle to display the fantastic flavors that the world has to offer, and with creativity, anything can become ice cream.
