As we guide you through Tips & Toes journey we'd like to briefly rewind and take you to our very first set upthat was launched at the Bareeq Al Shatti Mall (Qurum) in 2008. The set up received a great response and due to the encouragement of our customers we decided to branch out, enablingwomen across the city to avail our excellent services. Subsequently, we set up three more nail spa's at Muscat City Centre (Seeb), Muscat Grand Mall (Al Ghubra) and Safeer Mall Sohar.We continue to expand, yet the main concept behind all our establishments remains unchanged. Our vision has always been to create an up market yet affordable set up that is firmly at par with global standards in terms of customer care, services offered, quality of products used, levels of sanitation and professionalism of staff. An important part of the strategy is selecting locations thatare conveniently accessible.Time sure flies, and today we pride ourselves at being looked upon as an example that has set high benchmarks of excellence. It's a challenging position, and the only way to ensure staying on top is continuous improvisation. What will always remain unchanged though, are the basic principles that have guided us through the years. We believe, that excellent customer care is primary and there mustn't be the slightest compromise on quality of products used or services rendered. To maintain quality, we invest heavily into staff development and ensure that all our nail technicians and estheticians are certified and regularly trained by beauty experts from abroad.We at Tips & Toes strive to make every visit special, absolutely worthwhile and ensure a level of satisfaction that will tempt to return soon. It's our job to make our client look great, but for us it's just as important that- they feel awesome! After all, we are special.
