The company was founded in 1957 under the name "İbrahim Aşcıgil and Partners".In 1983, the legal status was upgraded to an incorporated company. The status changed, but the shareholders did not, along the history of half a century.The founders' vision and enthusiasm has been basically the same as it was from the first day -to focus on the country's need to build its hydraulic resource infrastructure. The same conviction and dedication prevailed not only the founders, but also the talented and experienced technical staff. The same key technical staff has been also sharing the success and pride of completing many projects together.During its history, as a general and sole contractor, Tisan completed 17 major jobs, predominantly dam and hydroelectric power plant construction and irrigation projects. Tisan prides itself in completing projects on time, within budget and with topmost quality.Undoubtedly, Tisan owes those credentials not to chance, but the technical know-how, management, engineering, experience, self-discipline, human resource, and eventually large-scale well-designated, job-specific equipment fleet giving its power to construct.
