We even have a built in diversity, equity, and inclusion accountability feature!Our unique Applicant Tracking System (ATS) generates candidate profiles that bring the focus on skill set, talents, and reliability, and also removes any potentially discriminatory information (i.e. information that identifies race, gender, age, etc...). The profile fields are customizable, so you can be sure that your needs are being met and your culture is front and center. Bringing the focus to the real problem solving attributes of each candidate allows for more effective and efficient hiring. Don't worry! Our system is easy to use, and still tracks all EEOC and ADA information for reporting, but only the System Admin can access it.
