Tim found that the traditional end to end solutions featuring often expensive hardware and software licencing was not serving the small to medium business community in an efficent and cost effective manner. Many small and medium sized enterprises wish to focus on their core business activity not 'firefighting' IT issues and worrying about loss of data through hardware or software failure.
