We are capable of providing design services in the following areas:● 3rd party design verification of pressure equipment to be installed in Australia, in accordance with regulatory authority requirement from WorkSafe, Department of Mines & Petroleum and WorkCover.● Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of tubesheets, nozzle/shell junction, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Autoclaves and other processing equipment.● Pressure vessel calculation, drawings, datasheet and specification in accordance with AS1210, ASME VIII - 1 & 2, and PD5500.● Heat exchanger calculation, drawings, datasheet and specification in accordance with AS1210, AS3857, ASME VIII - 1 & 2 and TEMA.● Boilers calculation and drawings in accordance with AS1228.● Assistance in fabrication, examination and testing of pressure vessels.● Thermal and mechanical sizing of heat transfer equipment.● Assessment pressure equipment integrity/safe remaining life. ● Pressure relief device and inlet/outlet piping sizing.● Pressure piping layout and pipe stress analysis in accordance with ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, AS 4041, AS 2885● Piping Vibration Induced Fatigue Failure analysis in piping system.● Compressors and Pumps selection and design from FEED through to commissioning.● Civil/Structural design services.
