T.L. Rich Construction is a multi faceted custom commercial and residential builder with over 40 years of combined experience. We focus on projects which require attention to detail for demanding clientele whether it be a new office building, new home, extensive remodels and or additions to homes and commercial buildings. We take great pride in everything we do and have strict quality controls in place. We utilize only the finest craftsmen in the various trades to help complete our projects and only use well established licensed professionals. When he began his construction career he focused solely on commercial construction much of what would be considered very large construction projects including multi-story banks, courthouses, hospitals etc. Through the years he has narrowed his focus regarding commercial construction to specialty areas such as Dental offices, business offices and commercial lease spaces.
