The foundation was established by The Public Health Philantropist, Tamira Moon, as a love letter to her mother, Theresa "Tippie" Moon, who passed at the young age of 49 from a rare form of cancer called leiomyosarcoma. The 501 c3 non-profit foundation is committed to implementing initiatives in Atlanta, Georgia and Lorain, Ohio focused on education, health and community engagement that uplifts the mission to "pay it forward today to make a better tomorrow!"
