Today's Special, Inc. Is a 501(c)(3) whose purpose is to raise funds to open a bakery that aims to be a leader in the food service industry. By empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to take an active role in the distribution, development, and marketing of high quality baked goods that are produced in a truly integrated workplace we know we can make a difference. We believe that the food service industry is uniquely positioned to bring communities together and we take pride in producing high quality baked goods while striving to create an inclusive world.
