Todd Details
Founded by Todd Dralle in October of 1980, Todd's Body Shop & Towing still prides itself on the basics: Customer Service and Quality Repairs. Todd's Body Shop & Towing is proud to be able to provide the benefits of an established national entity while still maintaining the personal touch of a family owned and operated business. Although the shop is a much larger, state-of-the-art facility, Todd is still around to talk with customers face-to-face on a daily basis, unlike corporate shops. As a true family owned and operated business, Todd's son, Kyle has followed in his father's footsteps, striving to achieve the best customer experience possible. Kyle believes that his dad has built a business unlike any other. Rather than focusing on money and others around him, he has simply focused on maintaining world class quality repairs and superior customer experience. The rest has just fell into place. We take pride in being The Original Body Shop of Plainfield" as well as being family owned and operated. We stand behind our work and our service. As such, all repairs are accompanied with a lifetime warranty.
