Founded 45 years ago, Togawa Smith Martin, Inc. (TSM) is a California-based architecture and planning firm. We continue to be a prominent force and thought leader in the market sectors of multifamily residential, mixed-used, affordable housing, student housing, senior housing and hospitality/retail.
