We're a high volume team (About $50 million closed in 2017) within the Keller Williams Allen office. We have five, excellent full time agents and three full time administrators to support them. We concentrate in the Allen, Fairview, Lucas, Parker, and McKinney area of Texas. Our specialty has always been listing and working with buyers in the upper price points. Tom Grisak is the team leader and is there for his agents to help them achieve their goals. Tom has led the Fairview/Lucas and Lovejoy area of the MLS for the past 17 straight years. He sold 11 million dollar homes in this area in 2016 and is consistently in the top 20 agents by volume in Collin County among 3,000 agents. Our team has been the number one producer since we joined Keller Williams in 2013 and Tom is also the top agent out of an office of 240. With our track record of selling multi-million dollar estate homes, we can compete heads up with any brokerage in Collin County for any listing, regardless of price. Our marketing material is first class and our website, which we built and maintain, is second to none in the industry. We provide fantastic support to our agents from the day the listing is signed until closing. That frees them up to do what they do best, networking and building relationships.
