Tommy Willis spent three years researching products and services for high efficiency and reliability. Our core fields of interest are in the Water Efficiency, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and the Water / Energy Nexus. What became obvious to us is that there are many great products developed in the Sustainability field and many manufacturers in the US that make products that have solved issues that the majority of people in the Efficiency Industry know nothing about. Our mission is to create a link between some of these American manufacturers and the facilities where these products would make financial sense. These manufacturing companies are typically well represented in one vertical or geographic market. We have reached agreements to represent them outside of their core markets. Our employees are Commissioned Sales Agents or Representation groups that have the personnel and contacts to sell the Sustainability, Reliability and Financial benefits of these specific technologies to the end user. We learned from what the best in the Efficiency and Renewable Industry are doing. We have been fortunate to meet wonderful leaders that supply great products and services in the US Marketplace. Through these relationships we are now able to supplement their sales efforts in specific market segments.The core of our business philosophy is that the "Bottom line of Green is Black". Yes, it is great for the planet to be "Green", but it is just as if not more important to Facility Owners and Managers that the products and services we recommend produce an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) or Return on Investment (ROI) that is financially profitable.
