It is already the 10th anniversary of Tomorrow's Team Ltd.since it was founded in 2008. At that time the infamous Lehman Shock happened,And it was an era when people underrated and misjudged talents. Ten days later, Tomorrow's Team Ltd was built in Japan aiming to solve the Human Resource Evaluation Issue.Since then the era has changed. Today the "Work Style Reform" has turned into the focus of national policy. Even in operating business, people are yearning for a fair evaluation, an essential reflection corresponding their duties with their rewards.Through the implementation and operation of the HR Evaluation System,We have supported more than 1350 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups around Japan.We also extend our service to more than 100 Japanese and local enterprises locating in 10 countries overseas.We succeeded in establishing a virtuous circle of increasing engagement of employees,leading to increasing productivity, business performance and increasing salary.In the future, we will continue to introduce this unique product of evaluation system from 21st century Japan to the globe.Following the footsteps of Taiwan, Singapore, Shanghai, we now have founded our fourth overseas base in Hong Kong.The era of executive arbitrarily deciding the salary of all staff has come to an end.
