We are a boutique farm stay located at Chowk Phata, before Karjat, next to ND studios. The 20 acre luxurious farm has 5 suite rooms each names after a flowering tree that grows on the property, a lap pool under a gigantic Jamun tree, a man-made lake, a pond-liner, a 60 seater farm to table restaurant, farm made products are sold online and in the restaurant like pickles, papads, ghee, white butter, masalas etc. We are adding some rooms plus a spa and wellness centre shortly. There is a plant nursery at the farm, where plants, bonsais, sapling can be bought by guests. These include very old bonsai plants and orchids which have been cultivated by Neelam Sagar, who is pursuing this passion since 40 years now.The Farm Cafe has a Thali system for lunch and Veg and Non-Veg barbecue for dinner along with Black dal and breads. There is a small a la carte menu too. The breakfast is complimentary for guests that stay with us. We offer nature trials with a nature specialist, who takes guests around the farm explaining the flora fauna, insects, birds, butterflies etc. that can be spotted here. We also have bicycles which can be used by guests to cycle around the property. There are many games in the common area like carrom, table tennis, pool table, music system, bon fire and pitched tents with sleeping bags in the garden area. We have wi fi in the whole property and only one television set in the main villa (common area).
