We formed Topcard in the Pacific Northwest in 2014 to make it easier than ever to share your opinion and rate photos and content on your mobile phone.At Topcard, we want to make it fast and simple to review visual, mobile information, and we want to leverage "the wisdom of the crowd" to provide crowd-evaluated reviews and rankings of that information. We provide a platform for users to create and share their own content both privately among friends and with the entire Topcard community. And, we work with publishers to re-engage users with visual content in a fast, easy, and fun way on their mobile devices.
