TorchFi monetizes free wifi hotspots at hotels, resorts, stadiums, malls and other large venues by converting it into a on-site sales channel. It also allows brands to engage with on-site customers, through their phone, but without need of an app. Our first product is for the hospitality industry - Wifi Waiter (www.wifiwaiter.co), that converts the wifi access point into a mobile ordering solution for hotels, resorts, event venues, night clubs and bars. While guests get to place an order through the phone without downloading an app, venues benefit from increase in sales and improvement in guest experience. We have recorded average increase in ticket size by 22% across different locations.
