Trusted Organization for Research and Development (TORD), is an independent non-profit research and consultancy company, established on Aug 2018 and is managed by a team of young Afghan researchers committed to the development of Afghanistan adhering to democratic values.We conduct research projects; plan and implement development studies and programs based on research results and provide strong evidence for policy makers. Our Vision is to contribute research-based consultancy beyond expectation for the developed Afghanistan. To reach this vision, we focus on capacity building programs, academic research conduction, providing research based consultancy, providing supportive services to the young innovators and implementing development studies focusing in the betterment of women and child welfare nationally and internationally."Our general mission as an NGO operating in Afghanistan is to address sustainable development needs in Afghanistan, with a special focus on the rights of those who are disadvantaged and vulnerable. We work in partnership with each other, the government, donors, and communities."
