Torres Law, P.A. is a South Florida law firm that focuses on corporate and securities law matters. We concentrate on helping companies raise capital through private and public offerings. We structure and document Reg D, Reg S and Reg A offerings for our clients in the real estate, EB-5, blockchain, technolgy, media/entertainment, medical and franchising industries. We have also helped form and currently represent several EB-5 regional centers, projects and developers. In addition, we often serve as outside General Counsel to various businesses and handle a multitude of matters relating to joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financings, employment, licensing, distribution, manufacturing, franchising and company formation. We also represent high net worth individuals in a variety of commercial and investment matters. Our principal has workied at several large, nationally-recognized law firms (including Greenberg Traurig in Miami and Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York City) and as in-house General Counsel to then publicly-traded Telemundo Group, Inc. and the privately held venture HBO Latin America Group.
