Holistic Nutrition Adult Services | You are an individual, and your needs and sensitivities are unique, particularly in terms of diet and lifestyle. In our first meeting, we will spend between 45 minutes to one hour together. I will be educating and guiding you rather than "treating" you. Depending on your health conditions, we may check your heart rate, blood pressure, bodyweight and body fat percentage.
