Total Property Resources, LLC (TPR) is a real estate holding company that owns and manages over 150 units of investment real estate primarily consisting of single family residential homes, multifamily apartments and commercial investment real estate. TPR is actively seeking investment real estate in Central Ohio and is always interested in growing its portfolio. Due to the recent market conditions, TPR has shifted its business model to purchasing bank owned foreclosures, REO, ORE, etc. and has the capability to purchase defaulted mortgages before a house goes into foreclosure. Total Asset Capital, LLC (TAC) is a company that specializes in two specific tasks. The first being structuring sensible seller financed transactions. The trouble with many seller financed transactions is that they are poorly structured, which severely hurts their value on the secondary mortgage market. To prevent this, we offer our NotePro service to aid in responsibly creating a transaction that will preserve the value of the newly created note. TAC also helps to find buyers for these newly created seller financed notes as well as notes that have already been created.
