Touching Heart is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a mission to teach children the joy of giving and inspire the next generation of compassionate leaders. Touching Heart believes that kids who are empathetic and kind have the greatest power to positively shape the future. Through our after school programs, workshops, summer camps, and events, Touching Heart creates hands-on opportunities for children to experience the joy that comes from helping others.Touching Heart Programs:Kids on a Mission - Kids team up with Touching Heart coaches to organize a fundraising event of their choice. From setting up a lemonade stand to organizing a fun run, the young team learns real-life skills, including: making a budget, drafting a marketing plan, working in a team environment and most importantly, learning that they possess the power of positively affecting those in less fortunate circumstances.Schools on a Mission - Our after school programs use fun and engaging project based learning that challenges students to think beyond themselves. Kids build their communication and leadership skills, as well as their confidence, while learning about people in need in their communities and around the world. Hands-on service projects allow kids to turn their compassion into action and make a real difference!Art of Giving Workshop - The Art of Giving Workshop is designed to educate children about those who live in poverty or less fortunate conditions. Touching Heart then encourages them to champion kindness and compassion for those in need through fun and practical projects.Through these programs, Touching Heart empowers children to put compassion into action as they make a difference in the lives of others.
