Partners Adam Prill and Parker Goodfellow bring over 40 years of successful construction experience to the company, and have refocused their prime market to optimize their past experience. Teaming up in 2016, Adam brings over 25 years of construction experience to Touchstone Builders. Previously, Adam was the Vice President of East Coast Operations with a leading general contractor in Washington, D.C. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineeringfrom The University of Maryland, where he graduatedas president of the Civil Engineering Honor Society, ChiEpsilon. Having worked together for 10 years, Parker teamed up with Adam in 2016 to form Touchstone Builders. Previously, Parker was the vice president with an award winning general contracting firm that performed institutional, retail, tenant, and base building construction, which generated over 100 million in revenue during his tenure. PTouchstone's philosophy is simple, as one we are strong, but only together are we successful. To that end, our clients are an integral part of what makes up our successful project teams. From the commencement of the project, we pride ourselves on our abilities to promote open communication channels between all project participants, whether they are the owner, the architect, the engineers, the designers, or other specialty design partners as well as our subcontractors. We manage the projects with that team mentality, using all resources available to identify potential issues early, vet possible solutions, and present the best possible solution with the best possible outcome to the client. Although the tangible product produced at the end of a project is a ttestament of our work, the true measure of our sucess is the lasting impression that we leave with our project teams.
