The "Turismo & Voluntariado" Project combines tourist trips with voluntary and intercultural activities. With a primary focus on Portuguese-speaking countries, it aimes to help the least favored communities, local businesses, as the most needed people and creating unique experiences for those who travel. The project develops learning and employment opportunities for residents, contributing to the social, economic and cultural development of places, and creates exceptional experiences for visitors, compiling sun, beach and nature tourism, with walks and interactions with the community and contributing positively to the environment through planned voluntary activities.We promote sustainable tourism because it stimulates investments, it is a source of job creation, it stimulates social mobility and the requalification of professionals for the needs of related services. We encourage entrepreneurship. In partnership with local tourist agencies and local associations, which have great knowledge of people's real day-to-day needs, the "Turismo & Voluntariado" project, runs tours in Mozambique, São Tomé and Príncipe, Guinea Bissau and Cape Verde, having social concern as an objective. The tours will have a close connection with local residents, giving priority to accommodation and business within the local population. We encourage the creation of new businesses, always favoring communities.
