Touzet Studio is a design and architecture studio located in Miami. Awarded AIA Miami Firm of the Year 2021. We seek to design buildings and objects that are creative and modern with great attention to detail and mastery of materials. Touzet Studio's two principals, Carlos Prio-Touzet and Jacqueline Gonzalez Touzet, are a husband and wife team that bring a wealth of design experience and a broad perspective from their award winning projects. They are also the recipients of the AIA Miami Architect of The Year award for 2015. At Touzet Studio, we believe that it is very important to be mindful of the entire context of the design as well as the dreams and aspirations of the people who engage with it. The actual process of crafting design is very important to us. Although we employ the very latest technology, we still value the best of the "old school" approaches. We build produce many iterative physical models and hand drawn sketches in our highly creative and collaborative studio environment. Many of our designs are worked on collaboratively with craftsmen and handcrafted in Miami. We have a great passion for knowledge of materials, technology and design that seek to bring to every project- coupled with a sincere desire to listen and to be mindful of what our clients are looking for and what the best solution is for that particular project.Touzet Studio currently works on many different scales and types of projects all over the world- the one common thread is a desire for excellence in design at all levels, a rigorous design process and great attention to detail. Touzet Studio has designed master plans for large resorts, commercial projects, custom luxury residences and interior projects. At a more intimate scale, we also design bespoke objects and spaces in collaboration with craftsmen in Miami and all over the world.
