Our service includes: Team Away Days, combining business meetings with a team building programme; Team Development days; partnering with Learning and Development specialists to provide an innovative learning intervention within a broader Leadership Development Programme. Tower House Horses CIC is a community interest company with charitable aims, providing equine assisted learning services to defined communities, such as families in crisis, children with special needs and adults in recovery from substance misuse. We believe in the power of horses to enrich the lives of humans by their extraordinary ability to reflect our emotions, to teach self-awareness and develop essential life skills. The opportunity to reflect on the feedback instantly provided by the herd allows our clients to consider the impact of their behaviour and non-verbal communication on others. It is our mission to offer clients a memorable, sometimes life-changing experience to help them learn, change and grow. Experiential learning through interaction with horses enhances emotional intelligence and builds confidence. It provides the necessary insights to create positive changes in wellbeing, build more effective communication and improve ability to function to the full potential of the individual or group, in both work and life.
