Our offices are located in Historic Oakland … Our Federalist mansion is the perfect setting for meetings and special occasions. Located in Historic Oakland, 5430 Vantage Point Road, Columbia, Maryland 21044. A manor house built in 1811, Historic Oakland was first restored by the Columbia Association in 1989 and extensively renovated in 2004. In addition to being Town Center's community center, Historic Oakland also provides rental space for meetings and social events, for 4 to 200 people. The mission of the Columbia Town Center Residential Community Association is to encourage and support the highest quality of life possible in our community, by promoting responsibility and engagement, creating unity and a sense of community throughout our neighborhoods, fostering a sense of security, advocating for the interests of Town Center, and cultivating appreciation for the uniqueness of Town Center, an urban community in a suburban setting.
