The initial shareholders opened the bank to provide needed personal and small business services to the community. In January 1998 TOWN AND COUNTRY BANK opened a new office on the banks of the Rock River, in the City of Watertown, Wisconsin. Shortly after that opening, the board of directors moved the home office to the Watertown location. Since that time the bank has experienced continued growth in both communities.
