As Wellness Consultants, we are committed to finding and sharing the best, often most up-to-date, information about what enhances your health and what takes it away. Our focus starts with the human body. Of course eating "right," exercising, getting enough sleep, and establishing a good personal philosophy still remain the benchmarks of what it takes to be healthy. We then expand on that to include a focus on the surrounding environment... like getting rid of germs and pollution from your air and water.
