TPS was founded by Cathrine McCarroll who has 13 years recruitment, training and development experience within the marketing, gaming, hospitality and agency environment. Cathrine has a unique passion for the recruitment of individuals for organisations, including management of graduate programmes, disablity programmes and implementation of recruitment strategies to identify both internal and external talent to ensure consistent high performance and engagement of an organisations employees.
