TR7 HealthCare currently provides Support services that cover the entirety of Metro Perth and is available to provide staff 24/7. Established in September 2010, TR7 HealthCare was founded with the underlying belief that a commitment to a total service offering, together with industry knowledge and experience is critical in being able to meet the current and future needs of organisations that need to refer their services to agencies. TR7 HealthCares' success to date is based on a commitment to ‘go the extra mile' for all referring organisations and their clients. This is reflected throughout TR7 HealthCares' policies and practices together with day to day interactions with all referring organisations, their clients and TR7 HealthCare Support Workers. TR7 HealthCare is a part of the TR7 Group and as such has access to services provided by TR7 Training services and TR7 Health (Recruitment). This ensures TR7 HealthCare is able to provide TR7 HealthCare Support Workers with up to date, relevant industry training and resources through is further able to access quality candidates. Through being responsive, flexible and adaptive, TR7 HealthCare is able to adapt its day to day activities to meet urgent service requirements. This includes such activities as recruitment, scheduling, providing additional training and being contactable 24 hours a day. This is reflective of TR7 HealthCare's commitment to ‘go the extra mile'
