Trackable Safety is an App and IT system that provides quick and easy access to project and staff documents. You can upload documents, including safety management systems onto the portal for staff to access at any time. The App tracks all activities and provides a training platform for staff to complete inductions, training and delegated project tasks. Additional benefits include a communication forum built for decisions and discussions to be held between staff. Designed by James, Cumming, a former top 100 site manager and senior contracts manager.James realised that there are many safety concerns that need to be addressed to protect both the employer and employee. Including workplace health and safety records are not always up to date, and some are not fully compliant with legislation and relevant industry guidance.James felt there was a need for a system to capture records of safety documentation being delivered to the workforce, and a way to track basic information, signoffs, and feedback from individuals. This concept has been developed into the Trackable Safety management system.
