This is through an initial chat-bot assessment to profile their exercise habits and provisionally diagnose any MSK conditions. TrackActive Me is currently used by corporates, insurers and the NHS. TrackActive Pro – www.trackactivepro.comTrackActive Pro is exercise prescription and outcome measurement software for health professionals to design, deliver, support, monitor adherence, and track the outcomes of patient home rehabilitation programmes.
