Trader Multimedia Inc. is owned and operated by warm-blooded creative minds Derek Reid and Tracey Kendall. We specialize in 4K production and post-production for broadcast television. Our major area of interest is the science documentary genre. Trader Multimedia Inc. has just finished a 6-part TV series about the wonders of the cosmos, Sky Candy 4K, aiming for worldwide distribution in 2020. We are also developing several new science documentary programs as we expand our 4K production schedule in the coming months and years. Past projects that have graced our studio include multiple TV series that aired in Canada and across the globe (Cosmic Vistas, Hubble's Canvas, Moto Pig, Full Contact Fishing) a documentary film that played at Cineplex Theaters (A Park For All Seasons), and numerous commercials and on-air promos (for TSN, Global, Discovery, The Fight Network). We have exclusive relationships with production partners whose technical expertise ranges from CGI to Sound Design to Script Writing. We finish our projects in-house with a high degree of quality and a trajectory that leads from our studio to screens worldwide. We are thrilled to be part of the booming content creation industry in the GTA, and we have much to offer in terms of creativity, technical expertise and project leadership. Sure, a few friends have taken advantage, dear souls that they are, and dinged us for freebie wedding videos and the like. Perks of knowing someone in TV, they always claimed.
