Trail Mix, Inc. is a trail maintenance organization in Dzantik'i Héeni (Juneau). Almost 30 years ago, a group of hiking enthusiasts recognized the spectacular potential of Juneau's trail system but also the challenges its maintenance and expansion faced. Since then Trail Mix has grown to be a prominent trail non-profit in the state with close relationships with the U.S. Forest Service, Alaska State Parks, and the City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ). With over 250 miles of trails and counting, it's our mission to be the stewards of a safe and enjoyable Juneau trail system by bringing people and resources together.
